From the moment you accept the My Stores services including the terms and conditions of service (see here) and after purchasing a subscription, you will receive the invoice within 24 hours to the email address you have provided. In case the amount has been paid via online purchase and you wish to terminate the cooperation with My Stores and not create a store, then you will receive 50% of the initial payment. In case the invoice has been issued, then the money is not refunded and the entire amount paid is retained.
To initiate a termination, contact Support. My Stores will respond with specific information regarding the termination process of your account. Once the termination is confirmed, the domains purchased through My Stores will no longer be automatically renewed. If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you will receive a final invoice via email.
We may change or terminate your account at any time. Any fraud will result in your account being suspended or terminated.
