Yes, if you decide that you no longer need the services we offer at My Stores, you can cancel 10 days before your subscription renewal. On the cancellation request website (click here), you fill out the form and your account will be canceled within 24 hours.
Yes, at any time you can upgrade the program to a larger and more specialized one or downgrade the program (in case of downgrading a program, its expiration date must first be reached).
